Roundcube Mail normally checks your authentication by obtaining a loginID and password, and trying to use them to authenticate (as you) to the IMAP server. If you have another credential you may specify it here. If you normally use a particular type of credential you may bookmark these links, to bypass this page.
| Mechanism | Status | |
|---|---|---|
| | Kerberos | Working (requires Kerberos ticket for host domain) |
| | X.509 Certificate | Working (requires certificate issued by host's Certificate Authority) |
| | OpenID | Workingbut mod_auth_oid can handle only certain OpenIDs, and mod_auth_openid never worked right. |
| | Google Account | Has been seen to work once (see comments with OpenID) |
| | Shibboleth | Vaporware; needs permission from Identity Provider; mod_auth_shib works for a different web app on a different site |
| | LDAP | Working, requires loginID and password |
| | IMAP | Roundcube normal login page, requires loginID and password |
